Each Viorep client is assigned a dedicated account representative and is given free access to our proprietary ViolationManager.com violation management portal. ViolationManager.com was designed to give owners and managers of large buildings a birds eye view of their properties as it relates to their real estate building violations, giving you access to the latest information on your violations, in fact its the same information that we use while working on curing your violations, so you can be sure that its absolutely up to date. Your dedicated representative is available to answer any questions you may have.

Homeowners

Viorep will give personal attention to each individual homeowner regardless of the size or number of violations you have. We will handle your violations from beginning to end. A member of our Homeowners Assistance Team will be assigned to your account and will be there to answer any questions you may have, removing the intimidation factor of dealing with your building violations and the City of New York's red tape.

Viorep will begin the process by reviewing your violation & offer consulting. Viorep will then advise you of the remedy. If a repair is necessary viorep offers a full line of contracting from construction to plumbing to electric or filing of plans if necessary. All the repair work is done by licensed and insured workers & the work will be guaranteed to pass inspection.

Viorep has an experienced staff ready to assist our clients in every phase of the building permit and construction process. Viorep provides building code consulting as well as full municipal approval services as necessary to ensure our clients meet compliance with code requirements.

Our ability to interact with regulatory agencies results in timely construction schedules and accelerated occupancy to ensure that you achieve your goal on-time. We handle all stop orders and have staff members full time in the NYC Department of Buildings.
